Bean-To-Bar" means: Artisanal made from bean to bar. This is how the specialty chocolate at Rosa Canina Chocolate is created. Only high-quality ingredients from certified organic and fair trade sources are used.
In the Bean-to-Bar workshop at Rosa Canina, you will be guided through the entire chocolate-making process by experienced chocolate makers. From cultivation and harvesting to processing the roasted cacao beans, you will learn what makes good chocolate.
The workshop takes place every Saturday at 1 p.m. in English and at 4 p.m. in German, in a small group of up to 10 people. Available dates can be found using the calendar function on Rosa Canina Workshops.
