MESH#2 presents Ray Kajioka

For the second edition of our new collaboration with curaberlin, we invited German Techno producer Ray Kajioka. A DJ and Live Act since 1995, he is best known for his works on Kanzleramt, most notably for his hits "Spark" and "Thrill", as well as "Never Ending" on Cocoon Recordings and "Glömsta Madness" on Parabel Music.

Straddling a line of high intrigue and expert precision is the parallel of how Ray Kajioka delivers his monumental sound. Sometimes deeper and emotional, other times powerful and headstrong.

This time, the DJ Set is brought to you by curaberlin's DJ and live act Ones. After starting the label TMN TRAX in 2022, he released in collaboration with co-founder Rasval the label's first EP "Nebelgelb", which featured two remixes by VRIL and Sleeparchive in February last year.

In his productions as well as during his DJ performances, Ones. demonstrates a keen sense of sonic aesthetics, consistently keeping the broader scope in mind. While expressing his perception of the unique character of each track, he skillfully delivers forward-thinking Detroit/NY House & Techno, mixed with dub techno elements, framed by systematic minimalism.

MESH is a new collaboration between CURABERLIN and TORTE BAR , aimed at providing a platform for live acts, labels, and artists to showcase their new ideas, sounds, and performances in a safe and intimate social environment.
